CAST - Career Advancement Success Training

Career Advancement Success Training (CAST) is a 6-8 month series of developmental activities and assignments for high-potential corporate and field support team members. The objective of this program is to enhance the communication, collaboration, problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities of top performers. This is accomplished through a combination of classroom and project-based activities--supplemented by formal presentations to senior leadership--which prepare participants to expand their contributions to the execution of company strategy.

PATH - Professional Advancement Training for High-achievers

Professional Advancement Training for High-Achievers (PATH) is a 6-8 month development assignment for high-potential Community Managers who previously served as Mentors. The objective of this program is prepare participants to successfully transition to the role of multi-unit supervisor. This is accomplished through a series of classroom and on-the-job learning experiences designed to provide critical exposure to challenges faced by District Managers. Through observation, inquiry, practice and reflection, participants grow their skills in overcoming obstacles and achieving through others.

Mentor Program

The Mentor Program is an ongoing developmental assignment for high-potential Community Managers. The objective of this program is to enable participants to expand their positive influence on company success by leveraging their business acumen, operational expertise and training skill to accelerate the development of new Community Managers. This is accomplished by pairing these highly-regarded incumbents with newly-hired peers-on the phone and in person-to facilitate their successful acclimation to our company through timely completion of our New Hire Immersion Process.

CAMT - Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians

The Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) Program is offered through the National Apartment Association Education Institute. The objective of this third-party administered program, which includes both technical and non-technical courses as well as a proctored 100-question online exam, is to ensure Maintenance professionals possess the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective Maintenance platform. Each year, Resource Residential funds certification candidacy for top-performing Maintenance Supervisors.
